COP 30 in Brazil: open call

It is a pleasure to inform Colansa members and other partners that we are members of the Curatorial Committee of the Food Roots and Routes Pavilion at the United Nations (UN) Climate Change Conference (COP 30). The event will take place from November 10 to 21, 2025, in Belém do Pará, Brazil, in the heart of the Brazilian Amazon.

The Food Roots and Routes Pavilion will be a collective space for exchange, dialogue, and celebration of the diversity of food systems in the Global South. With collaborative curation, the pavilion will bring together traditional knowledge, science, and innovation to strengthen paths toward a just ecological transition of food systems, connecting different voices, territories, and experiences.

Event proposals can now be submitted! Want to add to the program and share the power of your initiatives? Send your proposal by October 19 to foodrootsandroutespavilion-cop30.org/en
