The 21st Latin American Congress of Nutrition (SLAN 2026), themed “Transforming Food Systems in Latin America: From Evidence to Action,” will take place from October 25 to 29, 2026, at the CEINA Cultural Center—located at Arturo Prat 33 in the commune of Santiago, just steps from the Universidad de Chile metro station and in the heart of the historic center of Santiago, the capital of Chile.
It is with great pleasure that we announce that Colansa will host a collaborative space during the event. In addition to the official SLAN discussions and symposia, we will be holding various activities at the Colansa booth. Details regarding some of these activities are still to be updated.
